Adam Hlava

As director of finance, Adam Hlava oversees the Children’s Trust Fund Alliance’s day-to-day and long-term fiscal operations. He brings over 15 years of nonprofit financial management experience, most recently 13 years with Generations United, where he oversaw the finance and operations departments of a $4 million nonprofit organization advocating for intergenerational approaches to supporting America’s families.

Prior to his work at Generations United, he managed the finance department for a successful $8 million US Senate campaign and fundraising efforts of a $2.5 million statewide nonprofit organization in Wisconsin.

Adam currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin, and is a part owner of the Green Bay Packers.
