Amy Story, MBA

Amy Story is the director of community connections at United Way of Greater Cincinnati. In her role, she oversees the Family Success Network program and 211 operations for four counties in Kentucky and seven counties in Ohio.

Amy has over 25 years of administrative experience in the public sector. She finds her current work focused on modernizing 211 operations and improving call quality, efficiency, and service to the community energizing. She serves on the board of Ohio 211 and is an active member of the business development subcommittee, exploring new revenue options for Ohio 211.

Amy holds an MBA from St. Thomas More University and a bachelor of arts in psychology from Wilmington College.
