LaCrisha Rose

LaCrisha Rose is a dynamic leader, certified Gallup Global Strengths coach, and seasoned facilitator with over a decade of experience in parent engagement, early childhood development, and community partnership. She currently serves as a parent partnership associate with the Children’s Trust Fund Alliance, where she supports national training initiatives and champions shared leadership.

As the founder of Rose Resolutions, LaCrisha brings a strengths-based approach to coaching and strategic consulting, empowering nonprofits, families, and community leaders alike. With a passion for connection, fairness for all, and amplifying family voices, she has played key roles in national and state-level efforts to build stronger systems.

Originally from Pratt, West Virginia, LaCrisha enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Bill, and their three children, Remington, Sawyer, and Meadow. The Rose family is active in youth sports and deeply rooted in their community.
